Is Wispr Flow safe and private?

Wispr Flow processes your speech in the cloud by default, which is fine for most everyday writing but is the key thing to understand before using it for sensitive material. What "cloud by default" means

To turn your speech into clean text, Wispr Flow sends audio to be processed. For routine writing (emails, notes, messages) this is normal and comparable to other cloud tools. The consideration is the same as with any cloud service: do not dictate secrets you would not paste into a cloud app.

For sensitive or regulated work

• Teams: the Growth plan adds org-wide HIPAA enforcement, SSO/SAML, and admin controls over model training. If you are in a regulated field, evaluate this tier and read the current terms.
• Model training: enterprise tiers mention locked model training and admin controls; confirm the current defaults for your plan.

If you need on-device only
