Wispr Flow pricing (2026)

Wispr Flow has four tiers: a permanent Free plan (with a weekly word cap), a paid Pro plan (unlimited dictation), a Growth plan (team and security controls), and a custom Enterprise plan. Prices vary by region and billing period and change over time, so we describe what each plan unlocks and link to the official pricing page for current figures rather than quoting numbers that go stale.

For live prices, see the official Wispr Flow pricing page.

The plans, in plain terms

Free

A real, permanent free plan (not a trial) with a weekly word cap: 2,000 words a week on desktop, 1,000 on iPhone, and unlimited on Android as of 2026. No credit card. Best for light use and testing. Full details on the free plan page.

Pro

Removes the weekly cap for unlimited dictation, with longer Notetaker history and priority support. This is the plan most daily users end up on. See is Pro worth it.

Growth

Adds team and security controls: SSO/SAML, org-wide HIPAA enforcement, admin controls, and usage reporting. For organizations, not individuals.

Enterprise

Custom, sales-led, with SCIM provisioning, audit logs, locked model training, and dedicated support. Contact Wispr Flow for a quote.

How to choose

  1. Testing or light use? Free (and Android is unlimited on Free).
  2. Hitting the weekly cap regularly? Pro.
  3. Rolling it out to a team with security needs? Growth.
  4. Large org with compliance and provisioning needs? Enterprise.

A note on billing

Annual billing is cheaper per month than monthly. If you already know dictation fits your workflow, annual is the better value; if you are unsure, start monthly or on Free.
