Use Wispr Flow in Apple Notes

Wispr Flow types into Apple Notes like any app: put your cursor in a note, hold your hotkey on Mac (or use the Wispr Flow keyboard on iPhone), and speak. Compared with Apple's own dictation, Wispr Flow does stronger cleanup, removing filler and adding punctuation, so quick captures come out tidy rather than as a run-on transcript.

Great for quick capture

Apple Notes is where a lot of people dump ideas, and dictation makes that dump fast. Talk the thought out, let Wispr Flow clean it, and organize later. This suits daily notes, meeting recaps, and reading summaries.

Wispr Flow vs Apple's built-in dictation

Apple Dictation is free and built in, but does lighter cleanup and only lives on Apple devices. Wispr Flow adds better editing and the same experience across Windows and Android too. See Wispr Flow vs Apple Dictation.

How to use it

On Mac, put your cursor in a note, hold your hotkey, and dictate. On iPhone, enable the Wispr Flow keyboard and dictate in the Notes app.
