Wispr Flow login

You log in to Wispr Flow inside the app itself, not through a separate website dashboard. Install the app on your device, open it, and sign in (or create an account) with the method it offers. Your plan and settings then sync to that account, so signing in on a second device carries over your subscription and dictionary.

How login works

Wispr Flow is a desktop and mobile app, so the account lives in the app. On first launch you sign in or create an account. After that, the app stays signed in on that device. There is no heavy web dashboard to log into for daily use; you manage dictation from the app.

Signing in on a new device

  1. Download and install Wispr Flow on the new device.
  2. Open it and sign in with the same account you used before.
  3. Your plan (free or paid) and settings sync to the new device.

This is how a paid plan follows you from, say, your Mac to your iPhone.

Common login problems and fixes

  • Cannot sign in: confirm you are using the same sign-in method you originally created the account with (email or a linked provider).
  • Plan not showing after login: make sure you signed in with the account that holds the subscription, not a second free account.
  • App will not stay signed in: update to the latest version and check your device is not clearing app data.
  • Account or billing questions: these are handled by Wispr Flow, not by this independent guide. Use their help center.

A note on what we can and cannot help with

Wispr Flow Guide is independent and not part of Wispr AI. We can explain how login works, but we cannot access, reset, or recover your account. For anything account-specific, contact Wispr Flow directly.
